How do I schedule a pick up?

Can I do my own laundry?
Sorry but No. We are not a laundromat. We are a Concierge Laundry Service. We pick up any laundry items you have, Wash ~ Dry & Fold and then deliver back to you at your home or office. Our services operate on a schedule so please contact us for more information and to be placed on our schedule.
Can I get my laundry back in the same day?
Sorry but No. If you contact us for a "By-Request" we will add you to our schedule for a pick up for the next business day that we are in your area. When you contact us, we will be able to provide those details. In addition we will be able to let you know an expected day for delivery.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. We do not require contracts for any of our laundry or dry cleaning services. This includes our Residential and Commercial Services.
How Will I be Billed?
We will send you an invoice and you can pay by cash, check or credit card.
Is there a Delivery fee?
No. There are no pick up or delivery fees for any laundry or dry cleaning services.
Can you pick up and deliver to my workplace?
Absolutely, Many of our customers have Your Laundry Butler pick up and deliver to their workplace. Just specify in your laundry preferences the pick up and delivery details.
What if I am not home when you pick up or deliver?
No problem. Simply leave the laundry somewhere we can access it. Many customers prefer us to leave their laundry at their back door or in a foyer if they are not home. Whenever possible, please select a drop-off site that is protected from the elements.
